A&M might be the hands down most delusional fan base in the country. And I say that as an LSU fan.

Yea that's pretty damn sad my co worker is a A&M fan and he thinks they have a shot at the playoffs this year

I don't always claim their overhype's they just are this year. They're a middle of the pack team like they was last year

Where was Texas A&M ranked in the recruiting class for last year. Did sumlin bring in a good class? I can't remember

They had a top 10 class

Marlon Davidson, Paul James, Jeff Holland, very talented end rushers.

Derrick Brown was a 5 star, finally getting burn with Adams gone. Cowart is moved to DT where he probably should've been in the first place, physical beast. Dontavius Russell is an experienced vet that held the job down for 3 years now aside Adams

The issue with using just stats to gauge our DL is that a lot of the returning guys got pressure, but the big two finished them off. Especially dudes like Davidson and Jeff Holland. Now that they'll be the ones expected to finish those sacks, their numbers will go up

Also our linebackers are like our most promising position perhaps on the entire team. We were great last year with only one real guy with experience. Tre Williams, Deshaun Davis, and rotational Darrell Williams are quality linebackers. We also signed some legit linebackers last class that can get burn need be. We're deep as fukk at linebacker quite frankly.

We lost two pieces out of the front 7, and even tho they were great pieces, that side of the ball has constantly worked on building a rotation of elite guys. At worst, we'll be slightly off from last year's, which was a top 3 or so front 7. At worst

Yu lose 60% of ur sack total it WILL have an impact on the next year goin forward. Poor Rigby I been where yu at where I'm typing paragraphs and dropping names of players who are goin to underachieve just so I can convince myself and others that we'll be good regardless of the circumstances .
