Outside of Woodson, David Terrell, Drew Henson, and Shoelace, they have never had an exciting player.

All generic players. A generic athletic program. That's exactly why they haven't won a title outright since.....do i even need to reup that thread about the world events that has occurred since they last won a title outright?

And yea im just shyt talking grtting hype for the season. Win or lose, ima still talk my shyt

I would add Howard and even Peppers to that list. Peppers was a exciting to watch.

I got a bad feeling about our offense AGAIN this year and I know somewhat the root of the issue.

They do play with enough tempo. Too many times we snap the ball with under 5 seconds left on the play clock. Defenses are too athletic for that methodical stuff now. It's an outdated concept

I'm waiting to see what Dre Massey is going to do. One of the best high school football players that I have ever got to watch. He put his high school team on his back the kid was a one man show.

Bama fans whats the deal with Bama recruiting this year? So you guys think this is the effects of negative recruiting Saban age? As a gamecock fan I know we lost a ton of 2014 top recruits cause teams negative recruited us on Spurrier saying he may retire. Maybe, it's the heavy depth at Bama right now they is way the players aren't rolling in right now.

I think you guys will close with two or three 5 stars(I don't really count stars like that).

I think it's a little bit of depth issue and also a coach turnover issue. We've gone through a lot of coaches the past few years with guys going to other positions.

Yea plus i mean, at SOME point, they weren't gonna have a top 5 class. It's early in the cycle and they are STACKED. Only so long before kids wake up and realized thst being buried on the depth chart is for the birds

Well I think Saban saw this coming and that's why he got a guy like Daboll as OC, somebody who would be at the program for a while, instead of a Helfrich or Chip Kelly who's looking for a quick stop before the next job, and of course Pruitt won't be going anywhere for a while.

But it's still early.
