Yes he can, you don't discredit a coach because he gets the best assistants, #1 recruiting classes, produces 1st round draft picks and win championships, that's his job.

It doesn't take long to win if u are a top coach. Saban took over worse situations at Bama and LSU and only took him 3 years to win titles. Harbaugh is in year 3 and is nowhere close to a title.

Michigan isn't right on the cusp, they have no chance to win anything this year.
