Jimbo is a whiny bytch hope FSU sees that motherfukker in the playoffs sometime soon.

Don't worry...he won't escape that Clemson ass whipping that easy. We play A&M at Kyle Field week 2 of next season so we'll make him whine some more for y'all.

Bimbo does deserve to shyt on FSU a lil bit. Man was some ass his tenure there imo, at least relative to his talent level vs the competition, but he did give FSU a consistent level of competitiveness that most schools ain’t have. The fanbase shytted on him mighty this season.

I was just reading this lots of bad matchups on cbs and abc(primetime) this year so the ratings decline shouldn't be a huge shock.
A lot of ranked match ups ended up as sleepers so I guess they can only do so much. An example is the OU-OSU game week 2 or whenever

Media Circus: College Football's Declining TV Ratings

Summarization: declining ratings across almost every network, minutes watched were up, lot of traditional powers were shyt draws, Auburn was the main event.

FSU being trash killed the ratings the primetime games were garbage Clemson is ratings poison. ABC/ESPN losing that big ten stimulus hurt them this season but FSU being garbage ratings disaster same with the sec on CBS Kentucky South Carolina Vandy and Tennessee aren't moving the needle in 2017.

ill give FSU one thing, they got national name brand. I dont think them being awful was more impactful than Miami being the ratings draw they were. Clemson didnt play in any really relevant game after playing us tho, and I guess the ACC would've liked for their FSU matchup to mean something.

Whole SEC was unlucky too. Georgia and ND were both memes at the time they played or that would've been a splash (and then UGA didnt play anyone until game 11). Tennessee and UF were embarrassments to football. LSU doesnt matter. Basically all the traditional rivalries were busts and the OOC matchups were snoozers. There were 3 teams worth watching from the most football-crazed conference and one of those 3 had any meetings of interest between week 3 and week ~10 (not to say we had the most exciting schedule ever during that time but we had the under dog angle working in a lil bit).

SEC probably told all these teams making splash hires to get their shyt in order or they were gonna get flipped, especially your Arkansas and A&M. There should at least be 5 or 6 semi-desirable watches in conference this year

SEC on CBS had a lot of poor matchups this season, most were blowouts.

Alabama vs Vandy - 59-0
Georgia vs Tennessee - 41-0
Alabama vs Tennessee - 45-7
Georgia vs Florida - 42-7
Georgia vs Kentucky - 42-13
Auburn vs Georgia - 40-17
Georgia vs Auburn - 28-7

Gary tried his best to make it seem like Alabama was in trouble against LSU but the game was never really in doubt.

Yeah not trying to gas up FSU but ABC was banking on FSU being a top 5-10 team. You know they wanted the Miami, Clemson and Louisville games to be primetime fukk the Miami was the 8pm game before the hurricane postponed the 9/16 date they plugged Clemson vs Louisville into that spot.

ABC key night games come from the ACC schools especially since Fox got more big ten clout now. Losing games like PSU vs OSU and OSU vs Michigan are huge hits.

If I had to guess Notre Dame vs Miami or Michigan vs Penn State was probably they highest rated night game this season post FSU vs Alabama.

Wow that was awful than I imagined. They lucky the SEC title game was a standalone game because that shyt was awful too. Off top can't think of many hyped games coming down to the wire this season only games I can think of are PSU vs OSU and the bedlam game.
