Every conference has a team like them. In the pac 12 its Arizona. In the ACC its BC....in the SEC, you tell me. Its the team that will never win the conference...but they seemingly always give the big dogs a scare for about 2 quarters..youre gonna win....but you're not comfortable for some time during the game

I can't think of a team as bad as Indiana in the SEC West.

Almost all the West teams have been contenders at one point or another.I can't say that about Indiana.
