I think you are going to start to see some age discrimination in the college football ranks. I think colleges are steering away from not only older Head coaches, but even the ones that follow that antiquated philosophy. These younger coaches are bringing alot of energy to these programs. Any coach that can't adapt in modern day college football will be left behind. I must say I can't believe Saban is one of the coaches that does this. He looks like a stubborn old goat like Jimbo. Difference is he is not.
