I don't think any Oregon fan thinks so. We have some rebuilding to do, especially on defense. I expect a better year, but not the year to be fully back. That likely could be 2018 as Herbert will be a junior, a couple Taggart recruiting classes, getting our defense in order, and out schedule is favorable.

Yes I am a fan, but also consider myself a realist. USC should win the Pac 12 next year, anything less would be a disappointment. I am not afraid to keep it 100.
