Looks like Oregon is hiring Oklahoma State's Marcus Arroyo to be their QB coach and passing game coordinator.
Apparently he was OSU's best recruiter.
Any OSU fans with thoughts?
Shame this didnt happen earlier. I wanted Chubby Hubbard, he originally was very interested in the Ducks, apparently Arroyo was key in him going to OSU.
Still hearing that Demayune Craig is being vetted by Oregon. They need a WR and TE coach.
The recruiting staff Taggart is putting together. We haven't seen anything like this at Oregon. Despite our success, we never invested in recruiting the way they are now.
OSU's best recruiter is either Kerry Coombs or maybe Larry Johnson.

Most disapointed in Tavien Feaster so far. I don't know if the light just never came on or the OC's didn't use him correctly to get his confidence up but I'm hoping he takes a leap.

Supposed to be a fantastic recruiter and yes at Oklahoma State.
Reading up, apparently players really liked him, seems to be a good hire.
The only issue I have with this staff is I fully expect a lot of guys to move on within a few years as they taka jobs with the natural progression of more responsibility. Something we haven't experienced at Oregon and aren't used to. Besides that, we need to enjoy it. Willie has put together a great staff, a great recruiting staff, and no excuses to be better.

Yea it sucks how things worked out he should have gotten the job instead of Sark. Not many ppl are saying it but Saban fukked up by bringing in Sark. We could still have him and Billy Napier who went to Arizona state to be their OC. Saban should have made them Co-OC it would have been perfect. But the one thing holding Mario back as an OC is he has never really called plays before and isnt a genius when it comes to X's and O's. I think he will make a better HC tbh. He should be a HC at a power 5 somewhere soon.
