I watched Australia whoop Fiji in Women's Rugby Sevens. I didn't know what was going on some of the time, but it was entertaining
Might have to check more rugby out after the Olympics. It's physical, but it doesn't have the "Stop and Start" flow that the NFL has. It's just continuous action
