The subject is the length of his legs. He doesn't have to make as many strides as the other runners. Watch his next race replay and compare with your eyes how many strides he's taking compared to the others. He has a advantage because of the length of his legs, and that's no secret in the track and field community. No every tall person can't run as fast as Bolt, but he's the fastest man in the world and in much better shape than 99% of people.

but it's so difficult to be a good starter when you're that tall, and in the 100m you usually don't have time for your stride length to let you catch up.

it's why you don't see any other 6'5'' guys who are world class sprinters.

When a reporter asked King if Gatlin too should not be able to compete because of his previous offenses, she did not waver in her response.

“Do I think people who have been caught for doping offenses should be on the team? No, they shouldn’t,” King said.

Also just found out De Grasse and Bolt are both sponsored by Puma. That's prob why they so friendly to each other
