when you think of it, bolt is literally going against the fastest of the fast.

Even though phelps has won like 4 gold medals so far, the times from the other athletes have been subpar. Bolt is going against guys like gatlin, de grasse, bromwell, blake who can all run under 9.85 if necessary and its crazy to think of it
