That is up to the event schedule really. I mean NBC could show the gymnastics live at 2pm while everyone is at work but whats the point when they know everyone wants to see the event when they get home from work.

I should have watched this in primetime and avoided spoilers cuz it's far better to watch it like this on NBC. the commentary is a lot better and the camera angles are better and the noise isn't muted like it was on the stream either. It sounds much louder on this than the stream.
