hold up, y'all play Mercer (I repeat: MERCER) in 2017.....fohAuburn already plays in an actually competitive division, with elite OOC opponents scheduled, now you tryna get us to play more nikkas
Needs to start pproducing some wins getting hype for Oklahoma and Baylor ain't good enough.
Really wanna see what they can do vs ND week 1 I don't expect a win but they better play them close last year opener was embarrassing
Excuses, great coaches win. Charlie got to step it upLook at the roster and you'll get why Texas is having a hard time. We were the youngest team in the conference last season and will have a younger roster this season. The two deep will be dominated by sophs and true freshmen. Mack Brown's last 3 or 4 classes were simply horrid with attrition. Pretty much only the worst players out of the last two classes are what's left. Even the last class he was recruiting when he stepped down is dominated by probably the two lowest rated players in that class. Charlie essentially was starting from scratch. We'll be lucky to get 7 or 8 wins. 2017 should be the year though.

Came in and got it done with just as many issues in YEAR 1.
what was his salary there vs texas?Charlie fukked up leaving Louisville.
what was his salary there vs texas?
Cant say tbh, if he makes out like Charlie Weis then hell yeahHe got a raise, but I think he took the short term over the long term. He had great job security at the Ville. Now.....he's gone barring substantial improvement this year. So in the end, would it have been worth it?

Yes because he can get another Louisville level job.He got a raise, but I think he took the short term over the long term. He had great job security at the Ville. Now.....he's gone barring substantial improvement in Austin this year. So in the end, would it have been worth it?
Yes because he can get another Louisville level job.
But if he turns Texas around and can consistently win 10/big 12 he'll probably get a crazy raise/bonus/extensionHe'd have 2 years left (10 million) on his deal so
But he'd back back to a defensive coordinator again and probably not a serious HC candidate again for a long time. His head coaching career could arguably be DONE if he gets fired from Texas. He'd be on that coordinator life for LIFE.

Wort case scenario, he'd be able to at least get a mid major job
I can't say anything because my team isYeah like Georgia Tech
