I honestly don't see how Herman 2 Baylor should scare anyone anymore than Briles at Baylor because...

1. The Briles offense is basically an extremely aggresive version of Power Spread offenses like Tom Herman runs. Here's a good & easy to underatand X's & O's breakdown of the diffrences: "Concerning sports...": The Briles "veer and shoot" vs other smashmouth/power spread Os

2. Art Briles has DEEP ties in Texas that Herman can't match. Dude has been in Texas his entire life. Read his Wikipedia page to get his back story.

3. It's fukkING Baylor. Texas (& even A&M) is still gonna outrecruit them & have better players.

Herman has a lot of Texas ties.

He brought Houston their 1st five star recruit in year 1. He's a players coach. He would thrive at Baylor, but i honestly think the only other job in Texas he'll take is Texas. His dream job

That was a fluke. The 5-star DT recruit that UH signed in the 2016 class (Ed Oliver) committed to UH early & didn't really give other programs a chance because of 2 reasons:

1. His older Brother is on team

2. His former H.S. head coach is on UH coaching staff. In fact, the new head coach at Ed Oliver's High School is the brother of the former Head Coach currently on the UH staff. So Oliver definitely got pushed to UH.

If he bring todd orlando breh that defense would be on point

Uhhhh.....But he's still gonna be recruiting to Baylor. Elite in-state defensive recruits aren't going to Baylor.

Yeah Tom Herman's waiting on Texas. If Strong has another bad year hell be the coach in 2017

Baylor isn't even that good a job. You don't get great recruits Briles has succeeded with a gimmick offense.

Hate this term so much, damn near the whole nation runs a spread variation. Baylor just runs it faster & better than everyone else.

Actually Baylor has legit players on offense + plus with that Briles offense, their offense is good enough to win a National title.

As a Texas fan knowing that Texas is gonna run the Briles offense this upcoming season, I would trade our QBs for either of Baylor's top 2 QBs. I would also trade our WRs for Baylor's WRs.

Baylor's defensive recruiting is though.
