Cause it's based on 2016 not a throwaway bowl game from New Year's Eve. You should know those type of losses happen in bowls every year I agree Houston should be top 12 though. I would drop Ohio St,Mich St,UCLA,Baylor going on the Athlon rankings I think Washington should be lower but fukk it I salute them for going against the grain instead of going for cookie cutter projections.
