Why have you underachieved for years, with platinum level recruiting classes?

Jimbo took over an FSU program with little talent the 2011 class was a dream team. I'll break down each season yearly if you want

2010- 10-4 beat both rivals won bowl success to me

2011- 9-4 started top 6 got gutted by injuries on offensive side 2011 class played a lot really young team disappointing

2012- this was Jimbo deepest team to me I blame EJ Manuel on this one 12-2 ACC and Orange bowl champs disappointing but not worst thing ever

2013- 14-0 GOAT

2014- 13-1 lost in semifinal lots too many leaders on defense and hurt at lb and safety position plus lot of juniors were making "business decisions"

2015- 10-3 season was success FSU lost over 40 players to NFL in 3 years FSU was gutted not sure what everyone expected.

2016- this season was a disappointing I agree with u on here


I think the biggest problem with FSU not getting another title is the play of the OL.

Bama also play role in this besides Bama the only ones to win were Cam Newton and Urban Meyer

Who really doing better than FSU right now the most consistent programs are Alabama OSU Oklahoma FSU Clemson as of late if we underachieved then so have 95 percent of CFB

I feel like Bama has spoiled everyone's expectations of what a good or great program should look like. Like if you're a traditional power and loaded with talent, and you're not out here dominating competition week-in and week-out, then you're "underachieving". Fact is, that's not reality for anyone except Bama lately.

Next year though cfb gonna be so lit with Bama, USC, PSU, FSU, OSU.. blue bloods coming for the crown

Nah u forget how bad those FSU classes were at the end of Bowden era Jimbo really had to clean that shyt up the 2011 class was one of the GOATS 2012 was cool 2013 class didn't really pan out especially at the skill positions our lb position used to be a real strength but slipped once telvin smith Matthew Thomas played better another guy who had done nothing who came in the 2013 class.

I will say Jimbo got gutted by attrition at the QB position he lost Winston and Coker and left a gap in 2015 which was reason Golson got to play

Yep look at Bob stoops he got like 10 conference titles went 11-2 won it's bowl game and it gets looked at as a down year the expectations are crazy now.

Yeah a lot of us were drinking the koolaid Jimbo was serving up our OL sucked and Dalvin was injured early in season he was nowhere near 70 percent add Francois being young and FSU playing toughest schedule in September shyt just didn't work out. FSU had to play Ole Piss Louisville USF and UNC 4 teams with top level QBs and schemes that FSU had trouble with add losing one of the 5 best players in CFB week 2 shyt makes a difference
