And FAU is terrible its not like he will have a good record there. He will be irrelevant also no one gives a fukk about FAU. And He will be gone after one year. He would have been better off at LSU.
If he can't exceed FAU expectations as a HC, he won't ever get a big time HC job, because that means he sucks as a HC.

Woody is a pretty talented QB, he'd likely get over Narcisse in the event that Stidham is one and done. You let Woody play out his career, and then you have Narcisse as a RS-Soph fight it out against Joey GatewoodCharacter from Boardwalk Empire.

If you're a good coach, you should be able to develop and coach up the talent that's already on the roster. Enough to get some wins and be competitive the 1st season.
