Ok Then, Yes or No question. Would you want him as the head coach at FSU/Michigan?:sas1:

5-10 years ago I would've but not now. I would've took him as a replacement to Bowden after the 06 season this is before they hired Jimbo to be the OC and HCIW. I think Riley would've done a great job at getting FSU back to being a top 10 program. In 2016 no I wouldn't hire him at FSU but 10 years ago I been happy with that hire. Jimbo had the advantage of being in the program for 3 years and building relationships recruiting and even then it wasn't peaches and cream the first few seasons he took over as HC. Riley pissed away a lot of good opportunities staying at OSU for so long he could've got a job better than 2015 Nebraska long time ago.

@Silkk I think Mike Riley would've been a better hire after Carroll left than the stooges they ended up hiring. I think Riley fukked up not taking the job in 2010 he would've been much better hire than Kiffen USC be in much better shape give Riley that juggernaut to sell I think he would've done big things after probation came and went.

Kiffin & Sark were always the #1 choices at the times of their hire.

Saban is turly truly dominant. If you're playing a pro style offense against him, its over. Look at what Bama did to Georgia, Wisconsin, LSU, Mich State this year. Lining up with QB under center isnt gonna cut it.

Your only hope is to assemble elite talent and have a cutting-edge spread offense attack

And even then with a spread offense, you have to have an elite athlete at QB to give is trouble (Cam, Marshall, Watson, Manziel etc..) look at the Auburn game last year, same Malzahn offense but couldn't do shyt against us except for that tipped TD pass, our D-Line is so good to where you have those elite QBs or you might get blown out.

I'll respond in a little I gotta eat a bowl of menudo and smoke this cheap cigar I'm 2 hours late talking turkey with you CFB jabroneys . I'm bring my NFL buddy with me and i'll ask him his take on these topics. He's a Dolphins and he thinks Saban would've ended up having success he thinks Saban just made a business decision he wasn't even mad really.

The thing with Bama, Stanford, & Michigan now is they are so fukking great at ball control. It's damn near impossible to beat teams like that when they go 100% all four quarters.

I hope to see Baylor, TCU, and the big 12 high flyers get a chance to mix it up with some of them this season.
