What do you guys think about MKG? I didn't watch many Hornets games last year. Did the new mechanics on his jumper stick?
he's our most important player by far
elite defense, hustles his ass off, great on the boards and his jumper has improved enough that you have to respect his mid game. slashed to the hoop very well
we were something like 6-22 in games he missed.
a lot of people talk shyt about him but he is the mvp for us by a large margin and absolutely indispensable
if we dealt him away for a short sighted move, that would probably be it for me with the hornets

That's what I like to hear. I'm a Kentucky fan and I always thought of him the same way, despite having Anthony Davis. I gotta watch them next season. Hopefully he can add 3 point shooting to his arsenal and make the transformation complete. And he's still only 21!
BTW, sorta unrelated, but an agent I know, that was at the draft, told me
didn't take the Celtics trade or Justise because he thinks Kaminsky is Larry Bird. That's an exact quote.

Only move Charlotte has made that even kind of makes sense to me so far is getting Lambo. Even that is just taking a chance on a young guy & hoping he works out. That squad is going to get ran out of the building a ton with the lack of guys that play defense.
MKG gives us a top 10 defense by himself.
I'm not exaggerating. Check our record with and without him. Defense with and without him. His on/off. Etc. We ain't shyt without MKG.
