And for all that y'all drafted a PG :heh:

And of course Wiggins' PER is gonna lack when he drifts for a chunk of the 37 minutes he's out there. He's gotta do more in less time.
:mjlol: Yea because you should draft for need than take the best player available? Clarkson is a combo guard that is transitioning to the 2 & he along with Russell can play both guard positions, both are going to be the starting backcourt going forward. :mjpls: Get back at me when you find a PG that has updated to the year 2015.

Both Clarkson and Russell are combo guards. For what it's worth, a lot of lakers fans wanted Clarkson to transition to SG since he's much more of a scorer than distributor even though he can do both.

You mean what y'all ripped Philly for doing?

You passed up the better player, but that's besides the point (and Okafor was far from a need. We took your need)

And for the millionth time, shytting on my team is an exercise in futility when I get ripped for shytting on them.

:mjpls: Your biggest need was and still is at PG though, and took another big with a crowded Wolves frontcourt with still no shooting in the perimeter, especially in a perimeter league now. Okafor may be more NBA ready, but Russell has more potential due to his passing & shooting, which is why he was the best player available. I ain't going to rip Philly for taking Okafor because they took the player that was ranked number one on most mocks in the college season, its just the GM bounty Hinkie is going to be having with other teams when he has to trade one of the 3 big men who won't like coming off the bench. I wouldn't have been mad at all if JO was the pick, especially since he let it be known LA was the place he wanted to be and was mad he didn't get picked 2, he still in good graces with me. :ehh:

:russ: @ Clarkston being anything more than a 3rd guard, at his best.
Idk bruh. I used to think the same but his work with Nash began showing heavily towards the end of the season. He can operate the PNR quite effectively, he got a nice midrange J, can slash, and is athletic as hell. I think he a starting guard in this league. I mean why not?

I thought the T-Wolves needs in order were PF, PG, and SG....and either Okafor or Russell should've been their 1st pick depending on who they had rated higher. Unless they feel Towns is able to be a PF:yeshrug:

1. No it was not their biggest need. A big man was.

2. They took a PG anyway because backup PG was a need too (since this confirms whether you were paying attention)

3. List their front court and you'll see why drafting a big man was a need.

:francis: I obviously meant starting PG breh, but I guess you can roll one last season on Rubio playing close to a full season. :yeshrug: Dieng ain't no world beater and probably is going to stay the player he already is since he came out the draft old, and may not be the ideal starting 5, but I don't see why he can't start on some teams, especially still on a rookie contract. But, you shouldn't let Dieng be why you don't draft Towns since he still has much more questions about him.
