If I was the GM, I would have rolled the dice on paying cory joseph 4 years 45M to make him come here and then gave the max to wesley matthews coming off injury.
Portland is def not making the playoffs next year so the jazz could have took that spot. The pelicans aint making it either cuz OKC taking that spot.

I wouldn't say that their are alot of PGs who are free agent's right now I'm almost positive the Bulls will get at least one of them. Guy's like Donald Sloan, Kendall Marshall, Mo Williams, JJ Barea, Jamerr Nelson, Jason Terry and some of the other lesser known guys or older guys even Nate Robinson unless he's hung them up for good.
