I honestly don't understand what the hold up is.If aldridge leaves it's either the spurs or suns

Spurs have one of the best young players in the league,3 future hall of famers,solid bench pieces,a front office who drafts gems and one of the best coaches ever.They instantly become favorites to win the title when the big 3 retires you still have leonard and a front office who has a history of putting good teams together

Suns have a nice young core but won't win the west with aldridge

Pierce fukked up agreeing to go to the Clippers before he knew what Jordan was doing. He is in the same spot now that he was with Washington but getting less money. Clippers are good enough now to be a tough out in the playoffs but not win it all unless GM Doc pulls some miracle to find a C.
