5 SEC teams finished in the top 10 of recruiting in 2013 according to rivals. 6 in 2014. 5 in 2015. Thats the junior, sophomore, and freshmen classes for teams around the country this year. SEC got the best in each and everyone of those classes.

fpi = ranking team strength. this just speaks of the strength of the SEC. we have the best players in the country all playing in the same conference. it leads to alot of our teams being ranked high in terms of team strength. if you wanna be highly thought of, step up ya recruiting game.

But yet at the end of last season only 5 SEC teams were in the final AP top 20.. same amount as the Pac 12.... ACC and Big 10 each had 3.

So 5 total SEC teams in the final top 20 last year, but this year according to ESPN five SEC WEST teams are preseason top 10? it's that pre-season hype that SEC always gets

i havent listened to the spurrier press conference yet but if you've been paying attention to him since spring practice you could tell this was coming. almost everyone is shoveling dirt on south carolina like the gamecocks have no chance to compete in the east. that and the non stop when are you going to retire talk was pissing him off.

thats cause we beat up on each other. i'm sure if some of our teams (like LSU or Texas A&M) could play in the big 10 or acc, we'd have even more teams in the top 20.

like i said bruh, the espn FPI rankings is NOT a prediction of where teams will finish. everyone knows there won't be 5 SEC West teams in the top 10 at the end of the season. this is simply a measure of STRENGTH. its a prediction of what the margin of victory would be for each team in the country if they played an average team at a nuetral site. the SEC simply has more elite teams than every other conference. YOU NEED TO ACCEPT IT. its why we've won 7 of the last 9 national titles. its why we've had the best inter-conference bowl record 8 of the last 10 years. the only seasons in which the SEC did not have the best bowl record was last year (2014) and 2005. every other year inbetween that we've had the best bowl record. we've also put the most players into the nfl the last 10 years.

these are all FACTS. you can hate on em. but you can't deny em. by EVERY OBJECTIVE MEASURE, the sec is far and away the best conference in the country. one flukey season of bowl results doesn't change a DECADE of dominance.

Ohio St has never had a problem recruiting the south . Cooper,Tress, and now Urban always plucked guys from down there. You gotta go back all the way to the 1st bcs title for some Glory . Your program is shyt buddy. Your in a shytty division that Mizzu has dominated since coming over there
