So if Oklahoma wins tonight they are in the playoff, but if Okie State wins they aren't.

They played the same exact schedule. Only difference is that Oklahoma barely beat a mediocre Tennessee team.

When you lose is more important who you lose 2 in this setup

Okie St. would get a bump over OU, Baylor and the loser of ND/Stanford. Possibly a bump over Stanford even if the Cardinal wins. Then the following week they could get a bump over the loser of the B1G title game. So they could move up to 6 maybe but they would need help probably. Unless the committee thinks they are better than Ohio St.

They should jump over Ohio State if that happens. They would have wins over 2 10-2 teams, versus Ohio State having one win vs. a 9-3 team.
