Wiggins needs to work hard on those handles but he doesn't have to worry about it much in his first few years in the league with Kyrie/Bron handling the ball. Dude needs to work on that jumper hard. If Kawhi can improve, anyone can.
His mid-range jumper looks good, especially off the dribble, his catch and shoot 3 is going to need a ton of work though.
His handle can be improved, Bradley Beal got much better @ handling the ball in just 1 offseason. He has to get lower and keep the dribble closer to his body.
