It's better once you find out what areas they're targetting in the particular discipline you're watching, so you know what to look for

Someone got a link to the fencing or tell me which BBC channel its on. Im watching swimming right now, US just won the 4X200m Semis.

I'm watching it on BBC's Olympics website, they have everything live on there (you may have to be a Brit to access, idk)
