If they win out they will have beat michigan, purdue, michigan state, stanford, usc, oklahoma, the last 2 on the road.

What resume could possibly match that in college football. I challenge you to find one among the teams we are discussing. I am anything but a nd fan.

I know you are not, fam. The point is you are just naming school names. This year, all except for USC and Oklahoma above will have 3+ losses. That kills the computer average. They can even go beat USC on the road, but USC can end up with 3 losses with 2 coming against Oregon. Oklahoma is the best bet for ND, but they will be a team with 2 L's (at best) if ND beats them.

For all these SEC teams, they arent losing outside the conference. So, if you have 5 teams that high all playing each other, it boosts that computer average. Add in Mississippi St, and Texas A&M, and you are just not messing with that.

ND just has USC and Oklahoma left. LSU has Miss. St, Tex A&M, Alabama, and SEC East winner, and they have already beat #7 S. Car, and lost to #2 Florida. Those computer numbers KILL lowly Purdue, Navy, Michigan, Michigan St, etc.

Espn talking heads are right now saying why an undefeated ND doesnt deserve to get in LOL....Unanimously hhahaaaa

College football has been hijacked by espn and the bcs

smh...I know its cool to hate ND but how the fukk could anyone argue they don't deserve the championship game if they go undefeated? They got a hard ass schedule. shyt like this is why I can't take college football seriously. I seriously doubt they beat USC tho.

Breh, outside of the teams on this short list EVERYONE will have 2 or 3 losses :snoop:

Yet another SELECTIVE APPLICATION of the "who have they beat" game that applies to some and not others.

Who the fukk has alabama beat? Michigan, oh wait ND beat them too...and held them to less....:ohhh:

But nobody applies that standard to sec teams and when they do its "well, ole miss's six losses were to REALLY GOOD South carolina, tn, lsu, miss st., and georgia teams, and vanderbilt but it was on the road and in the sec, thats always a tough game :youngsabo:"

fukk this shyt

Florida would have the most impressive resume from any of the top five teams that can go undefeated at the end of the season

If ND gets past us I'll give them their crown.

But I dont see it happening.

But I hope they keep winning :mjpls:

But if they DO get thru us, and Stanford, and USC.....they SHOULD play for the title

EDIT: Also, if Oregon State runs the table, they should get to play for the national title.

If we some how run the table, that'll be 6 wins against ranked opponents over Notre Dame's 2 :mindblown:

Bama ass DC
obamam-lol-y-u-mad-tho.jpg

yall upset for no damn reason
1. its the 1st ranking. way too much football left to even care right now
2. if ND goes undefeated they'll find their way in the champ game unless Bama, Fla, Oregon put them at 3. hell a 1 loss ND has a tremendous chance of goin to the ship.
3. the only reason it was all SEC last year cuz okie st lost to super trash ass iowa st. and they were the only team you could consider for the game. that all sec aint happening again
4. i think oregon is the 2nd best team but i see why theyre 3 in this one but again its too early to care.
and
5. any team in contention holds their destiny in their hands.
oh yea i forgot 6.
