i literally shed a tear the day that yall gave fitz that fat contract. you guys were supposed to be in full tank mode last season. seriously, what was one more miserable season to you guys when yall have been miserable for two decades? colts ate it, and now they have another franchise qb for 15 years. i just don't get organizations like the bills, dolphins, chiefs, etc.
All I know we better pick a qb first round next year, wth Barkley, bray, geno smith, Landry jones, Tyler Wilson .

I still want us to win, but I'm tired of this... Last time we had a good team was in 1999 I believe... Going .500 is what we do.

the issue to me with the defense is the ability to get stops and get off the field on 3rd down. i don't know who the d coordinator is (wannstedt i believe) but there's no excuse to be playing so far off the receivers on 3rd and 4 or something. the corners constantly do this and get burned- especially yesterday.
the run defense actually was solid- but being on the field so long and trying to stop a team already on your side of the field (turnovers) don't help.
fitz had the excuse with the rib and jackson hurt last year, but there's no excuse for his decision-making, especially on the out routes. i think if he lose the next 2 games- time for a benching.
i'm still angry at wade phillips for benching flutie before that titans playoff game- i have wanted him to struggle since- watching him implode in dallas was great. great d coordinator, not a good head coach.
still believe they need a legit number 2- jones, easley and nelson don't get open quick enough for me. gonna be interesting to see if they make adjustments- that d line need to put the team on they back.
that spread attack ain't gonna cut it without a running game. spiller did good with his limited carries, gailey trying to be on some andy reid s--t with the passing- chill out.
if they can't go .500 this year, some major overhaul changes need to be made-period.
