I'll give you Pac 12 this yr. Big 12 debatable. But point is, for all the pomp and circumstance with these conferences, it's the same 2-3 teams in circulation as a threat to win.

Boston College or NC aint rising up to take over the ACC. Arkansas, Vandy & MO ain't doing shyt in SEC. Oregon, Washington Utah been hovering at top of Pac 12 for past decade it seems. USC will probably run them now for as long as Lincoln stays though.

It's always top heavy everywhere. U get 1, maybe 2 surprises every 5 years or some shyt.
