Well nah, the way it works is you have to have the IG app and when you have it you can view ig stories. You have to swipe all the way to the right and you will be able to see IG live videos that users keep up. The thing is though not everyone leaves up their lives and the videos only stay up for 24 hours so its not up anymore. Hopefully someone snatched it and put it on youtube.
