I only been to NYC once a few years ago...rode the subway but lights never went out. Is that a movie thing or does that really happen?

-multiple times there would only be one killer and multiple people running instead of just squaring up
-all the characters were hateable
-the main 2 sisters have encounters with the killers, they start running and people just get slaughtered behind them
-the main girl pops shyt and doesn't back it up
-the only funny part was dude saying he killed a "Chad"
-girl got completely stabbed on the subway somehow her hands stopped working and she couldn't move the killers hand to scream.
-Chad was tough with ole boy at the party, then he was a hoe for the rest of the movie

-somehow one of these scrawny ass killers took out Gale's Bodybuilder black boyfried with zero effort

overdoing breaking of the 3rd wall
Chad got knifed up by two ppl at the same time and lived

His sister bounced back from a gut stab wound to make her corny breaking 3rd wall jokes

Gale Weathers has been stabbed or shot at damn near every movie. Chad and Mindy surviving not a criticism of mine even tho technically they should be dead or permanently disabled. Tara no selling her stab wounds at the end was bull shyt tho. It’s like they forgot about that lol. At least with Mindy she entered the final scene by stating she’s high af off top meds.

Sam talking to Billy Loomis all the time is that stupid shyt that happened in Scream III (Sidney seeing ghost versions of her mom). I don’t really like it tbh. I know with Sam it’s more of a psychological thing but still eh. I feel like that type of shyt doesn’t fit the Scream universe. Let Elrich get his money tho.

I feel like Danny was created to help progress Sam’s character development by being able to be intimate with people, more so in helping her open up to the core four, and specifically making her connection with Tara closer. He was probably also created to have someone to inform the police about the locations of the final scene. He will die next movie tho, if he’s recasted.

Going back and thinking about the gun scene in the store, it was dope. I wish Ghostface had a few more minutes running around with a shot gun. But I get it slashers are known for slashing.

And I don’t care what direction they go with the next killers as long as they’re yre not weak like this movie’s antagonist are. The three ghostface killers were ironically my least fav characters in the film before the reveal so it felt mad eh to me. And it also doesn’t help the killers motive is the same one from Scream II. The antagonist was probably the worst part about the film which isn’t good.

And yooooo I didn’t know the actor that plays Chad is Cuba Gooding Jr. son lmaoooo.

And what is wild to me is Courtney Cox’s biggest role is Scream. At least I feel like it is… it’s also crazy to realize that someone from Friends is an icon in the horror community.
