ive said it many times. i continue to be amazed at how many people even bother with going to live nfl games. lot of these places in a month or 6 weeks, the weather is going to be absolutely miserable. the people are a$$holes. the food and beverages prices are insane. the parking prices are insane. its an arm and a leg to sit in the nosebleeds where you have to watch the jumbotron to see the action anyways. traffic is a nightmare to and fro. the game experience sucks ass. i think eventually the nfl is going to have a live attendence problem, period. the product gets worse every year. look at a lot of those games today. just ass football all over the place. yet prices go up for everything, every single season, whether the on field product warrants it or not.

Everything about Cali's set up was a money grab. They didn't give a damn what anyone thought which is very unfortunate because it looks really bad to have markets that big look this disinterested. If that new stadium opens and they gotta give seats away, that's gonna be all sorts of embarrassing.

I say this as a fan of a team that plays in the most expensive failure of a stadium since Olympic Stadium in Montreal (MetLife).

The experience at a college football game is wild though and great

But the NFL is boring as hell, went to a bills game years ago and that was it, boring, long, cold as hell.

Just stay tuned for Jets games. Their opener isn't til the 24th and I wonder if they'll fill the venue. By Halloween it'll be damn near empty

It has no cell service last time I was there, the trains out of there don't run often enough for how many people leave by train, and there's about half the parking space as the old stadium had. Granted I haven't been there since 2011, but those were all serious issues from a stadium standpoint.

I was there in 2013. It was odd that it was in the middle of nowhere. No bar/restaurant scenes no nothin.

The attendance at the 49ers game was a joke.

Ownership deserves that shyt, but we always had one of the absolute worst home fanbases in the NFL. Especially considering our history

The meadowlands is a fukking swamp that stinks like ass at all times. Every time I'm on the road in New Jersey, that's how I know I'm close to the area :heh:. There's a lot of traffic in the area, but the Magic and Heat arenas are also by a ton of shyt too that doesn't make driving too tough, and obviously Barclays center and Madison square garden are easy to reach by train.
