Wow...who was that cat on here who said that black political candidates will now have to push either the LGBT or Immigration agenda or they won't have a political career? :jbhmm:

In the Silver Lining
I'm not mad at Issa Rae for using her money and influence to impact politics. Matterfact, good for her.

The problem is she is already is a lil cray cray with her social stuff.

Edit:

Aww hell naw. He literally had to not be from Harlem, NY ...literally and figuratively :dame:
Issa Rae just payed for another shea Butter TV production.

the fact he connected with Issa Rae tells me everything I need to know. Another shea butter blavity black who will push immigration and LBGTQ and do nothing for the black community.

:camby:

I didn't even know he was gay when I wrote this. I'm nostradamus around this bytch.

Mentioned in the Higher Learning thread, went to high school with Mondaire. Good dude. Always smart, always ambitious. Told my parents to vote for him but they're not registered Democrats.

you were real close huh?

Bruh, I could care less about dude’s personal business, can only go by how he carried himself and what he’s accomplished despite being in a situation where he could’ve gone nowhere like a lot of other people I knew from high school.

If you researched his policies and stances and don’t agree with them then cool, more power to you. But dismissing dude solely on him being gay is some stupid single issue voter shyt that immediately lets me know you’re not someone to take seriously when it comes to any kind of political discussion on here. I’ve read some of your other political posts on here and respect a lot of your takes so I’d expect something a little more substantive than “eww that nygga gay” as far as reasons why you don’t support a politician.
