You would think that maybe Sony would learn TO copy MS being that like Loose said, MS has had the better all-around console every generation. Sonys consoles are always "more powerful" but that never turns out to mean shyt because it's always an inferior experience. All my PlayStation consoles end up collecting dust every time

Sony won't copy everything because they can't.
Xbox was engineered specifically to multitask and to add apps/capabilities on the fly. It's the reason the ram was structured the way it is, and why the box is running 3 OS's. you can change/add/update one OS while leaving the other alone, so even if you break something on the dashboard, the games will still work.
For PS4 any changes to the OS have to be tested with almost all avaialabe games/apps to make sure they aren't breaking anything. App devs have to worry about memory management so they don't mess up the games. The GDDR5 ram is just not as good at OS features, which is why they have not been able to get suspend/resume working.
Any changes to the ps4 take a lot of time and work, X1 can be changed/updated almost on the fly.

MS is already implementing the things that PS4 owners want. they're going to have to do it. copy is a strong word but if they don't get some of that functionality its going to hurt them

I honestly do prefer the XB1's interface and multitasking. Also using kinect, it's better than having to charge my PS4 controller every day.
OS4 has its pluses (nice controller, high resolution) but I honestly can't wait to get my new XB1

Last gen, Xbox killed PS3 and it wasn't even close. End of the gen, TLOU drops and sony fanboys acted like they had hits all gen. No, they had flops all gen. Most of there exclusives died on the PS3, new franchises died there as well
PS4, off to a fantastic start. Knack, Killzone, INfamous, Driveclub in year one. And sony fanboys will talk greasy about Titanfall
So the games, and the system features/OS for XB1 has been WINNING since launch. Only thing M$ isn't winning in is system sales. Unfortunately for sony gamers, system sales is not a game or an app.

Lol from my experience you're definitely in the minority. Pretty much everybody I knew bytched about how plain PSN was and how bad multiplayer gaming was on ps3. Uncharted and GOW the only games that made me wipe off the dust
