in an *all-white state like say alaska. smoking weed is nothing. everyone that smokes weed does it. cops know it. smoking weed is just "part of the culture there". cops have nothing to do. they could harass ppl there over little sh1t like smoking weed but they don't. these are the words of my bud who lived there.
