i dont understand the hate on Vincent D-Nofrio, he killed the role of kingpin. to me his entire story arc was the best part of the show. they did a great job with all of the cast in my opinion. but i thoroughly enjoyed the kingpin the most. i even would go as far as to say he deserves an emmy nom for his role as kingpin, it was that good

:whew:

I'm all finished. The show was piff :myman:

End-of-season SPOILERS:

I was literally doing the :krs: face when he put on the red costume at the end...

And when one of Kingpin's men turned out to be the dude INSIDE of the truck, and how coldly he put a bullet in the other dude...

Vincent D'onforio in general was This whole series. Dude was ruthless!

My only disappointment was that they got a bit too kill-happy near the end.
They really shouldn't have done in Ben Urich like that :to:
He's an incredibly important character in the comics, and he never died there. He's one of the most :salute: non-costumed characters in the Marvel Universe. I hope they bring in some other character to fill his role-- maybe his nephew, or some other reporter if they ever get around to adapting the Born Again storyline.

I'm also a little sad that they killed Wesley. He was so slimy and evil, but you had to respect his swag. Dude was Jerome Benton status with the loyalty :wow: :wow: :wow:

:flabbynsick: The budget of this show. It just looks cheap compared to the Marvel & DC shows currently airing on Network TV.

other than pointless location shots where does money need to be applied? DD doesn't need aos type money

How about comparing the budget to "Gotham" or "Arrow" which are also street-level shows.

:beli: don't compare this piff to network tv.
OK, I'll take the next step. The show looks cheap compared dramas on Basic & premium cable. I wish FX or AMC had picked this show up instead.

.
I don't watch arrow but I know a lot of flash budget is spent on cgi which DD doesn't need. And like dude said you going to compare cbs's sister network shows budget of an online streaming service? :heh:

:beli: I specifically said in my previous post to compare the show to "Gotham" & "Arrow" because both of them are also street-level shows. What is the point of bringing up "The Flash"?

Exactly my point why I wish these Netflix Marvel shows had been picked up by FX or AMC.
