I have seen 'the cell' so know what d'onofrio is capable of but the way he is playing fisk is a lil off and not in a good way. I was willing to overlook it until the end of ep4. That should have been an oh shyt moment but it wasn't.

Episode 2 at the moment. This is beautifully put together. Only show that's seeing it Superhero-wise is 'The Flash' to me, which is funny because DC don't do 'comedic' all that often and Marvel feels less inclined to go 'dark' since the first Iron Man movie.

The references to 'Daredevil: Yellow' and 'Man Without Fear'

If they put this much care into all the Netflix shows

Ps so far I am getting that feeling that the trailers showed too much

Two different shows but that doesn't mean its not better done.

That's like saying Breaking Bad isn't better done than Vampire diaries because they target different demos.
