Black people make Italian food better than Italians.

Just finished my third trip to Portugal. Grilled meats outstanding. African influenced with the peppers they use. However, the ratio of restaurants that focus on grilled meat is OD IMO.Actually a lot of grilled meat and potatoes kinda like Morocco
I wanna go again in a few weeksJust finished my third trip to Portugal. Grilled meats outstanding. African influenced with the peppers they use. However, the ratio of restaurants that focus on grilled meat is OD IMO.
And stop overcooking steaks, but yeahSouthern whites do their thing, but they learned their skills from Blk ppl.
Blk ppl, to me, reign supreme. However, some Blk ppl need to lay off the sugar. Everything don't need to be sweet. Other than that, they run iish on the cooking tip!
Italian food is more than just spaghetti and lasagna….Black people make Italian food better than Italians.

Tbh. The older I get I realize more and more mlk ppl don’t fucc with actual spicy food like that either. I literally have to tone down my spice level when cooking now. To be fair tho, I’ve only met blk ppl from Texas who can’t do spicy foodI can't speak to all white people but many here just have zero tolerance for anything spicy or with a little bit of zest or kick.
They're normally older, kinda round n boomer-ish.
Younger white people live in a world where access to non-white people's food/cuisine is a boon, so they're way more open to spices and seasoning.
But the people who can't handle a whiff of pepper, spices or contrasting profiles is the older white people for sure.
"Best meal ever is a chicken pot pie!" Ass bunch of people![]()
