What was the junky cop doing on Casey Affleck's property? Was he try to warn him?

How did junky cop knew where and when the hit was at the end?

Why was Chiwetel fooling around with a Mob princess? Seriously???

Oh and who was the assault team that rained bullets on the van in the end? Did someone trigger the silent alarm?

At the last heist when Chiwetel and Hispanic cop was escaping in black van, an assault team fired at the van from above. I knew they weren't SWAT from The police force because everyone was converging on the 999. So i was like who were they?

they was robbing an federal Building similar to the federal reserves and most of them buildings have their own PMC (private military company) comprised of ex military and law enforcement for protection. They are armed to the teeth with their own weapons and have assault teams thus the reason why they responded so fast outside of the building.
