I read the book, it was pretty good. Kind of annoying that hes gonna have a british accent in this, the guy was american in the book. Overall its basically a love move so if jr into that go see it.

She's an actress even if you don't genuinely feel a certain way you fake it to sell whatever . In every interview she and he are like chalk and cheese. And she makes a point to reiterate their love scene was "awkward" just seems odd for her to kill his mystique like that

My opinion. I going to see Blade Runner with my boy so I decided to get Moviepass worth and check this out. Glad I didn't pay full price with my money for this. Bottom lie both of these people are great actors. The scenary is nice. But the danger, disaster part is truly lacking. Bottom line this is a romance love story. So be warned If you're look for some action it's few and far between. It's mainly these niguhs arguing and blaming each other. Basic plot. Kate is about to get married the next day and Idris is a brian doctor. Both their flights are messed up so they get a private plane. As you see in the previews tragic happens and they get stuck in the mountains with basically nothing. Way too many parts where it's boring dialogue. The best part to me is near the end where they're really honest with each other. But by then it's to easy not to care about the film. If you're into romance film it's ok at best. Way too many as well. Some of these subliminal lines....

Hollywood's done that to American Black women for a while. If a black woman is a love interest, she'll be mulatta, latin -- or strongly accented. Noticed it in Heroes with the Brit chick with Mr. Glass hair.
Noticed it in The Last Ship where there are no African American women in the US Navy -- but there's an African African on board.
They are not hooking Kate Winslet up in a romance with a nikka unless he's the President, or foreign. Because a nikka has to be look who's coming to dinner worthy to get a sniff in Jew Hollywood.

Yea.. i never planned on watching this once that first trailer dropped a while back. Forgot this came out actually.
Stinks b/c Idris is one of those actors that couldn't get that big win as a solo lead, in the few chances he gets to be one.

yup, even in interviews where he's right next to her she never feigns any sort of physical attraction I just find it funny that (of all things) is a step too far
