Reading this Bloomberg report on how MLK's "I Have a Dream" speech moved many in a positive way, it also caused the FBI to unleash one of its biggest surveillance operations in history. What's noted in the article, is a quote from William Sullivan, head of the FBI’s domestic intelligence division. It's intriguing hearing their thoughts on an intelligent, educated Black man & his influence on the masses and how they felt it was a threat to the nation & national security.

“Personally, I believe in the light of King’s powerful, demagogic speech” that “he stands head and shoulders over all other Negro leaders put together when it comes to influencing great masses,” Sullivan said. “We must mark him now, if we have not done so before, as the most dangerous Negro of the future in this Nation from the standpoint of communism, the Negro and national security.”

So even with MLK, who stood for nonviolence, equality, & freedom for all, was a dangerous man to them. Makes it even more the reason for them to kill him along with possibly being involved indirectly with Malcolm's death as well.

Black kids today are trying to emulate Chief Keef not MLK.

And which is a got damn shame....it's mostly Black American kids though. We may never have another MLK or Malcolm, but at least Africans are on the come up with the business & entrepreneurship side.

It's our job as men to teach and show the next upcoming generations of young black boys their role in society and as family men. whether it's ur own son or mentoring the ones without a father. That's always been the job of men.I'm 27 and every chance I get to talk with a youngster I try to guide them down the right path with good advice. Even if its not my kid. If we don't inspire our own young children who else will.
