Tom Cruise and Ving Rhames are both older than John Voight was in the first movie

At least with the Bond series, you don't have to reboot as there are always new 007's. At this point, this isn't realistic.

I get get that Denzel and Liam are pulling it off, and so did Bruce Willis, but they didn't work for government agencies.

I don't know :manny: I think this franchise has run it's course. I cut the new trailer off half way through because it just didn't interest me. There's also no real stakes because you pretty much know the outcome.

The movies keep getting doper though. The series actually has gotten way better after the first 3 movies

If Tom Cruise wants to keep being the American Jackie Chan I'm not gonna argue.
How many broken bones will he survive tho. He gonna fukk around and end up like OG Superman. :lupe:

He need to come to #marvelset and age gracefully with green screens, costumes and wires :blessed:

These movies like the Fast & Furious franchise print GAJILLIONS of dollars the studios won’t stop making them until the principle actors (Cruise & Diesel) say their done and even then the studios will simply wait 5 years and then reboot.

Studios spend millions of dollars on R&D just hoping that ONE of the films they release can turn into a franchise the likes of Mission Impossible. Its too rare an occurrence for the series to ever truly be “over”

Cruise is fukking up on this one. If they did it right he could expand the universe and build up some proper villains

I need someone to do a John Wick based show so we can get an expansion on how the continental works.
