No it isn't. Jewelry in general is a horrible investment unless you talking about some crown jewel type shyt, something large enough to garner public interest. A diamond necklace is only worth what someone will pay you for it and there are very few people who would be interested in buying a second hand custom rapper chain. If you tried to sell those stones individually you wouldn't get back what you paid for it.
