if you go downtown Broadway by jack london, that area is hipstered out now, prices going through tha roof, its spreading to west oakland for a minute now

i knew some cacs tried to move into West Oakland, but nikkaz lit they house on fire, robbed them etc... they bounced after that, but eventually nikkaz won't be able to stop tha press

Oakland is by the water, has relatively decent weather, and is within 15 minutes of SF. It will get gentrified, this is the trend in America cities.

Maybe that's the trend in other American cities, but Oakland's not gonna get gentrified..
