It does seem a little odd that the deputy mayor is married to the schools chancellor who's brother is also in the administration. Ton of potential conflict of interest scenarios. I don't believe that white run cities don't have this normal level of corruption and this is normal ain't like billions of dollars have disappeared or His brother in Law is a billionaire or basic services are fukked up.
