I was locked up when this came out.Saw it for the 1st time last year and didn't really like it

The main thing about the movie was it's revolutionary nature in terms of CG. Nothing even close to that had been done at the time. To say it changed the game would be a gross understatement. That's why it's a classic.

This wasn't a rip off of Blade...it was actually inspired by a Japanese manga. The Warchowski (SP?) Brothers just adapted it for American audiences.

Matrix was one of the few joints that as soon as the trailer dropped I knew I was in there ..Now movies are cranked out and so corny the studios actually save you money/suspense by giving away the best shyt in 2 mins
