With that being said, I been following his blog for a while. He knows his shyt and reps us well.

I'm not exactly comfortable with the reenactments just because I don't care to have much conversation with conversation or interaction with white folks on the subject.

However he has a wealth of knowledge that can be inspirational to many young AA's in the culinary world so I can't knock what he's doing.
