Had my site for a few months now

Got my Facebook business page and two sites I'm going to dropship products from

My boy has this app that allows me to make custom email list from established Facebook pages so my products show on their timeline

Hopefully I get that bag by the end of the week :wow:

:ohhh: The seems like what @ice cold perm is always talking about

what's sad is we are 10 years behind....a few internet savvy cats BEEN making money with landing pages/email marketing since the early 2000s....yet it's still a lot of opportunity to eat...so many people are still ignorant to online marketing...95% of small businesses don't know how to advertise/market..

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned being a Mobile Notary:

Breh I've been one for 5 years and love it :blessed:. I do 2-3 loan signings (people who are refinancing or purchasing home) a week. I only accept the ones that pay at least $90. Some pay 50-75 but it's not worth it to me. All you have to do is register with title companies in your area or the big 3 directories. Notarycafe.com, notaryrotary.com, and 123notary.com. For training and certification (not necessary but looks better) I'd recommend notary2pro.com. You actually go to their house, verify their identity, and make sure they fill the paperwork out correctly. It's best if you have a laser printer cuz most packages are 120+ pages, well at least here in VA. Most require at least 25,000 in E&O insurance but you can get that through the national notary association for $25. General notary work is clutch too. You can charge a travel fee and here in VA you can charge up to $5 per notarization. It's a great side hustle.:myman:

Is it true you gotta have a partner/assistant with you as witness when you Notarize folks' paperwork?
