Anyone ever flip a domain name? I've been thinking about trying it for a few days now (buying a domain name and sitting on it for a few years and see what happens).

For example, Alternative Facts seems to be the new hot buzz word nowadays, and I just saw a report talking about how merchandise labeled Alternative Facts have been selling out. So I just went to Siteprice.org to see if anyone hopped on the domain for it yet and, yep, the domain is only 10 days old. Last week it was worth $51, now it's at $114 and I bet there's people out there willing to pay more for it. But, honestly, I don't know shyt about this type of stuff. Would doing somthing like this be a good investment?

been thinking about this since I bought my own URL from Godaddy for $12. For example CashMeOutside.com is already taken. shyt seems like a legit hustle if u have a good ear ear to the street. Have you been doing it and making a nice profit at it?
