The year 3030
Binged this whole series yesterday. That alone should speak to how good the show was.

Anyone else get heavy Marc Lamont Hill vibes from Muncie? How about Elon vibes from the villain?

:sas2:

Dope show and great issues that were tackled. I’ll wait for more people to watch before discussing spoilers.
gonna finish it today

watched the first 2 eps and I can't wait to see more

coleman killing this role

The year 3030
just finished

dope as hell...great pacing, great soundtrack, fantastic acting

that scene when he's with D at Rodney's place and trying to stop D from doing something he'll regret, really got me....coleman killed that scene.

also loved his confrontation w/ Rodney...fukk rodney :pacspit: glad he got, got in the end...but fukked up that he was right that there's a hundred more like him :francis:

muncie's speech about accountability reminded me of the speech from Network.

The Madness had a lot of potential but fell off the rails about halfway through for me. Still finished and did enjoy it though.

Story started going all over the place and there wasn’t enough of a backstory on Muncie to make me care about him. I connected with him as any black man would for a member being wrongfully accused, but it would’ve been dope to see some of his come up and how he ended up as a rebel.

Ending wasn’t terrible but there could’ve been so much more done throughout. The concept (especially in today’s climate) was super interesting.

Colman Domingo is a great actor but they could’ve casted someone a little more rugged for the role (Omari Hardwick, Y’lan Noel, John David Washington). He just wasn’t believable for this despite how well he acted throughout. The acting overall was superb by everyone.

I had the same thought about Coleman.

The implication seemed to be his Pops was a Black Panther and tried to fight fire with fire which left him unable to be there for his family. That was the reason Muncie didn’t leave when the mobsters took him to the plane. His uncle filled in those gaps.

Where do you run when you've got a bullseye on your back? You can't escape The Madness. Colman Domingo stars in the new conspiracy thriller,

Anyone else peeping?

i was wondering if there was a thread on this show. And it definitely deserved more love.

This was a great show and Coleman killed it

I view him in a higher light after this series. I love the complexities his character had as a human throughout the series.

I could barely stop watching and like @Wig Twistin Season said, shows you how good this show was
